Working closely with Suretouch, the think M team determined market potential for a new medical device which aims to significantly improve the primary care process for those worried about breast cancer.
think M. has not only
identified drivers for product demand but is now actively involved in
establishing pilot UK trials of the device.
Suretouch MD, Chris Blakey, said:
‘While the technology is proven in the US, there was a need to better understand the route to market and strategic channel relationships required in the UK. In the past few months working with think M., we have been able to identify UK drivers, consolidate evidence through a niche survey and establish relevant key contacts to support product trials and introduction.'
Our project involves;
- ‘Opportunity definition' including research into target market size, segmentation, proposition and competitive positioning of the system.
- ‘Product/ market testing' with market intermediaries and customers.
- Creation of exploitation strategy, including product/ service definition, pricing, channel and partner strategy
