The think M. team grows again
Here in Charlotte Square we're expanding! Over the past couple of months we've welcomed three new members of staff to our team...
Research executive
Louise Escritt is the most recent addition to the team. After completing her degree in sociology, Louise spent time teaching English in Japan and experiencing the wider world. Last year she settled back in her native home of Hexham, studying an MSC in Social Research. Louise has a natural flare for client management, and is passionate about interpreting insight to inform strategy.
Senior research executive
Graeme Jordan has a significant breadth and depth of experience in market research, most recently setting up and managing a new market research division of a consultancy business specialising in online quantitative and qualitative techniques. Enthusiastic about research, Graeme is adept at delivering the highest level of insight from research projects by applying intelligent approaches to analysis. He is passionate about realising the strategic value that is possible when this is done.
Project manager
Roger Coathup has also joined the team at think M. As projects manager, Roger manages client projects and leads on new business generation.
Roger has worked with companies to generate innovative product & service concepts, predict competitor moves, and test projects and decisions under a variety of alternative futures. He has led futures thinking projects in sectors as diverse as digital media, engineering, offshore technologies, and knowledge based service industries.
Roger began his career in software development, and then spent several years consulting on trading and risk management systems at major investment banks worldwide. His publications include pieces on artificial intelligence, new media and product innovation, and he has lectured on strategic business planning.
