think M. have made their debut on bdaily TV with an interview about the success of employing graduates through the Graduate for Business scheme. The interview with Think M’s Paul Sutherland and Joanna Westerman, as well as Entrust’s Jo Lennon, details the difficulties for graduates finding employment in the current economic climate and the advantages of the Graduates for Business scheme from both a graduates and SME’s perspective.

Joanna Westerman, was recruited as Marketing Executive by think M. through the scheme and has found working within an SME extremely rewarding, getting involved in all aspect of the business, gaining real responsibility and having the opportunity to positively impact the business.
