Paul Sutherland delivered a marketing masterclass at Newcastle University last week. 

Participants gained practical advice on:

  • conducting market research;
  • effectively marketing your business - even on a tight budget;
  • understanding your competitors;
  • identifying your customers and understanding the things you need to consider for effective marketing, with specific focus on the four 'Ps': product, price, place and promotion.
