Paul Sutherland BSc DipM MCIM AMRS (Senior Partner)
Paul has 16 years experience in strategic marketing and research consultancy in both the private and public sectors. He is an active ‘Chartered marketer’, Chair of NortheRN (the MRS network), and sits on the National CIM ‘Research and Insights’ committee. Paul has developed innovative commercial services and private enterprise, operating as a non-executive Director to high technology start ups and established businesses. He has also developed and co-ordinated large professional teams in technology marketing, business growth and market intelligence.
Graeme Jordan BA (Hons), AMRS (Head of Operations)
Graeme has a significant breadth and depth of experience in market research, previously carrying out policy development research for a City Council and also setting up and managing a new market research division of a national media organization, carrying out innovative research into major brands (including media and automotive companies). Enthusiastic about research, Graeme is adept at delivering the highest level of insight from research projects by applying intelligent approaches to analysis. At think M. Graeme has led a variety of highly successful projects involving technology commercialisation.
Simon Pilgrim BA (Hons) (Senior Research Executive)
Simon brings a combination of experience to our research team, from previous roles within the marketing departments of global software company SAP and educational software provider Research Machines. This has provided a background in research skills, technical knowledge and commercialisation within this important sector. Having been involved in the development and launch of innovative new products, Simon has developed a passion for research and its application in refining and marketing new technologies.
Kamila Gavriilidou MSc International Marketing, BA (Hons) (Research Executive)
Kamila’s background is in market research within the professional services sector, including the legal, insurance and property markets. Kamila brings with her a wealth of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, and project management in these roles. With a masters degree and client side marketing experience, Kamila is able to contribute practical, strategic level insight. Kamila’s role is the planning and delivery of strategic marketing projects including extensive secondary and primary research.
Kalust Manukyan MA (Marketing) BA AMRS, (Research Executive)
Kalust brings a combination of experience to our research team from previous roles within the product marketing and advertising department of Overgas Inc. and the marketing research agency ‘Market Links’. His involvement in formative research in support of market definition and new product launches and effective advertising has proven his scenario analysis skills. With a Masters Degree in Marketing from Durham University and first degree in management from Seattle, Kalust supports planning and delivery of research initiatives, with particular focus in the B2B arena.
Andrew Tipping BA (Hons) (Senior Accounts Executive)
With a background in strategic design and marketing consultancy Andrew brings experience in managing brand development projects both for FMCG clients such as Tesco and Primula as well as new business start ups. Andrew has worked with clients from a variety of different sectors and is used to delivering projects within a wide range of scales and budgets.

Matt Isherwood (Graphic Designer)
Matt’s background is in Industrial Design. His experience includes consultancy projects with Intel and Diageo. With a strong mix of diverse skills including design for both print and web, Matt is a key member of the in-house creative team at think M. Matt actively contributes creative ideas in the early stages of a project and is responsible for much of their implementation. His ability to develop new product concepts proves to be of great value to our clients in exploring and conceptualising new products and services.
Derek Ho BSc (Hons) (Web Designer)
With a fresh degree in Multimedia and Digital Entertainment, Derek brings fresh ideas to the creativity of M.ology. With a wide variety of skills from Web Design and Development to Photography and Film, he is a key member of the team specialising in implementing creative concepts. With Derek working closely with other creative individuals of the team, M.ology is able to execute creative solutions to the most complex of ideas.
Kevin Webster (Graphic Designer)
Experience in brand development including a complete re-brand across a large biomedical company with portfolio of instruments, reagents and partner companies. Kevin has designed creative literature, exhibition stands, websites and motion graphics. Kevin has worked with large clients such as Disney, BBC and Fox Network on print and packaging.
