 Paul Sutherland

Paul has 16 years experience in strategic marketing and research consultancy in both the private and public sectors.  He is an active ‘Chartered marketer’ and currently Chair of the North East marketing sector group, Service Network, Chair of NortheRN (the MRS network), and sits on the National CIM ‘Research and Insights’ committee.  Paul has developed innovative commercial services and private enterprise, operating as a non-executive Director to high technology start ups and established businesses.  He has also developed and co-ordinated large professional teams in technology marketing, business growth and market intelligence.

Graeme Jordan

Graeme has a significant breadth and depth of experience in market research, previously setting up and managing a new market research division of a media organization carrying out innovative research into major brands (including media and automotive companies). Enthusiastic about research, Graeme is adept at delivering the highest level of insight from research projects by applying intelligent approaches to analysis. At think M. Graeme has led a variety of highly successful projects including technology commercialisation.

Joanna Westerman

Joanna has a background in visual communications and marketing consultancy and is passionate about combining strategy with visual insight.  Drawing on her creative skills and strategic ability, particular strengths include working with clients to develop new opportunities. At think M. Joanna leads on marketing communications issues, and delivering live marketing programmes. Joanna also co-ordinates our contract with the MRS, (Market Research Society) to operate NortheRN (Northern research network) which includes high profile industry events.

  

Danielle Lawson

Danielle’s experience of in depth consultancy projects, industry analysis and market audits enables her to successfully conduct and apply market research to develop effective marketing strategy. Danielle is passionate about using the latest market research techniques to uncover insight and find solutions to marketing issues. At think M, Danielle supports in the planning and delivery of research projects, including extensive secondary and primary research. She is also responsible for our rapid response  market intelligence that is provided to knowledge intensive communities, including NETPark.

Helen Nixon

Helen brings experience of FMCG brand management and category analysis from previous roles at Sara Lee Household & Bodycare Ltd and the marketing department of Boots Retail International. Her involvement in new product launches and supporting campaigns has proven her strong marketing planning ability and flair for fresh creative thinking. At think M, Helen is responsible for marketing planning and providing operational marketing support on client projects. She is also active in providing market intelligence and is skilled at applying research to develop strong strategy.

Simon Pilgrim

Simon brings a combination of experience to our research team, from previous roles within the marketing departments of global software company SAP and educational software provider Research Machines. This has provided a background in research skills, technical knowledge and commercialisation within this important sector. Having been involved in the development and launch of innovative new products, Simon has developed a passion for research and its application in refining and marketing new technologies.
