Paul Sutherland
Paul has 16 years experience in strategic marketing and research
consultancy in both the private and public sectors. He is an active
‘Chartered Marketer’ and currently Chair of the 'NE Marketing Sector
Group’ and a Director of the North East Industry Cluster - 'Service
Network'. Paul has developed innovative commercial services and private
enterprise, operating as a non executive Director to high technology
start ups and established businesses. He has also developed and
co-ordinated large professional teams in technology marketing, business
growth and market intelligence.
Laura Fitzpatrick
Laura has a background in journalism, and presently has her own Radio show. As an ‘Aspire’ young leader, she is well travelled and an effective communicator. Laura has worked on a number of profile trade and consumer titles, including Australian Cosmopolitan, Top of The Pops Magazine and The Crack, and is practised in personal interviewing and research. At think M. Laura leads on marketing communications planning and co-ordinating qualitative and insight (in-depth) research programmes.
Graeme Jordan
Graeme has a significant breadth and depth of experience in market
research, most recently setting up and managing a new market research
division of a consultancy business specialising in online quantitative
and qualitative techniques. Enthusiastic about research, Graeme is
adept at delivering the highest level of insight from research projects
by applying intelligent approaches to analysis.
Louise Escritt
Louise is the most recent addition to the team. After completing her degree in sociology, Louise spent time teaching English in Japan and experiencing the wider world. Last year she settled back in her native home of Hexham, studying an MSC in Social Research. Louise has a natural flare for client management, and is passionate about interpreting insight to inform strategy.
